In the semi- and fully automated resource allocation process, templates and supplier groups aid in allocating translators to specific orders.

Entering the world of t.hub is a breeze.

The application is completely web-based and is available as an SaaS (Software as a Service) model. This means that you and your IT department do not have to worry about technical details, as we take care of that side of things for you.

Costs are absolutely transparent and are based solely on the number of users, suppliers and translation volume. You pay a monthly fee that covers everything. There are no hidden costs. The key features of our service include:

Translation process management

t.hub is designed as a centralized, web-based application that manages the entire translation process. For this to work, different roles must be defined and represented in the system. The typical roles are: The user (we refer to this as the remitter), coordinator and external and internal translators.

All participants in the process must be able to access the system according to their roles.

In addition to clients and translators, a central role is also played by sourcing, the finance department and process managers in setting up and operating the system.

External language service providers are incorporated into the process via a technical integration platform. An internal and an external "marketplace" make the available resources visible to all process participants.

Finally, third-party technologies such as manufacturers of CAT tools or machine translation providers must also be linked to the system.

We always think in terms of processes. In t.hub, each process consists of a collection of related tasks and activities that are always executed in the same way. With this approach, not only is the process standardized, but also the quality of the results.
